Aside from Mark Steppan's blistering 71 gross(68 net), the
scores on this difficult course were not very impressive. Even Steve, our
lowest handicapper, suffered a disappointing 84 gross. Most of the
flights were captured with near-par net scores. Every flight except the
fourth had some sort of tie-breaker involved

flight.

net 76 was good enough to take second place in the third flight.

Wente Vineyard's version of Lombard Street paves the way between holes
9 and 10.
The 10th hole, truly a risk reward hole. Doubtless, most wisely went with an iron.
On hole 6 are Mark Boguski, Joel Walburg, Aaron Walburg and Stacey
Mackey. Stacey won the Blind Bogey flight.

are: Edgar Johnson, David Lozow, Ross Sakamoto, Eric Kubota, Todd Podoll,
and Rick Guevara. Edgar Johnson nailed the CTP on #11 with the closest
shot of the day at 3"-2".
