Yardage Guides
I'm a big fan of course maps and yardage guides. With the
onset of the electronic age it's important to preserve these, because on
cart systems are making paper yardage guides a thing of the past. Which
makes it a disadvantage to walk a course. I'm a strong believer in course
strategy and I generally perform research on courses when I'm really
trying to win. For instance during the season I won Golfer of the Year I
played every course the week prior to the event, making notes. By game day
each month I always had a yardage guide at hand with specific notes as to
how to play each hole, the clubs to use, the distances, where to be, where
not to be, etc. It was a very successful strategy and a confidence
builder. Here is a list of some yardage guides and maps I've assembled for
my own use. And I figure others might also find them useful. Most should
be somewhat optimized for printing. Resolution might be an issue.

(This was tough. There really is no decent course map available. I had to
generate this just to figure out the layout.)
